This Indian guy called me from this number, saying he was with a law firm trying to collect on a dept I owed. I asked alot of question like WHO, WHAT ,WHEN AND WHERE. These people had my phone number, email address, social. These people need to be punished in a court of law. How do I go about doing so??????

These people have called me repeatedly and are now calling my work. I told them if they will send me the paperwork, I would be more than happy to pay whatever debt I owe. They refuse to send me the papererwork and insist I give them my credit card information over the phone. Now, they are calling my place of business, my mother to say they are serving me papers. The woman I spoke with was very nice until I asked her to send me the paperwork with the details outlining what and who I owe, which would be a normal procedure. She hung up on me stating "I don't have time for this!" This is a comoplete scam and don't give them a dime.

They called and told me my subscription to "Discover" magazine had expired. They said that I was a special customer and offered me free gifts if I buy a three year subscription. I deal was good only today, so I gave them my Credit card info. At the end of the conversation they told me they were an outfit called Buisness Subscriber. They gave me a name and phone number to call in case I have any questions. I called Discover Magazine to conffirm my purchase and they told me that i was scammed They had no affliation with that telemarketer. So beware. The telemarketer is in Scottsdaie, AZ. Took credit card information again after purchase online, to send free gas card and discount plans for $1.00, can be cancelled at anytime. Are these valid or just a way to wipe out my bank account?

Caller is very rude demanding post dated check. caller yelled at me then hung up on me.

when answered I say hello, there is no one there it clicks a few times and no one says anything so I hang up

Still calling my parents. Isn't there something that can be done? This is driving them crazy, the people don't even say anything when they call.
